Email getting blocked by DMARC

Hello,
Can anyone help me figure out why this is being blocked. It seem like a standard email and should not be rejected by DMARC. How can I fix this? thank you in advanced. See below…

Hi Larry,

Looks like there are issues with the SPF record. You can use either of these to check:


You’ve reached the 10 domain lookup for SPF. So some of the domains in your SPF are being ignored.
I would recommend that you should remove knowledge.com, as that is not the correct SPF value. Also, remove the ‘a’ tag. You already define two IP addresses which are within the ‘a’ tag. Not sure if that will get you to 10, but should be close.

I’m also assuming that you don’t have DKIM setup for all e-mail services. If that is the case, when SPF fails and there is no DKIM record, DMARC will fail.
