Not getting reports

I have added the two reporting tags to our DMARK DNS entry. It has been over a week now and I have yet to receive any reports. What are some trouble shooting tips?

Just a few things to check for.

  1. Make sure you have a semi-colon after each tag. “v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=…”
  2. make sure you have mailto in the rua and ruf. rua=mailto:[email protected]; ruf=mailto:[email protected];
  3. By default you can only send to the domain the policy is setup for. If you are sending to a different domain, then additional actions are required.
