DMARC Guide tool is erroring out

This is about the tool dmarcguide.globalcyberalliance.org:

Last week I was able to use this without issue. This week, when I enter a domain and select Next, I get a spinning wheel for quite a while, then the message “An error occurred while processing your domain.”

Example:
-Navigate to https://dmarcguide.globalcyberalliance.org
-Enter a domain,ex. globalcyberalliance.org
-Select Next
-Get loading wheel and then error

Are there any known issues going on?

@jhenry I’m getting the same error again today, looks like.

Hey David I reached out to or dev guys and they were doing some backend stuff yesterday and this is why you ran into the same error. I have tested the issues this morning and everything is back to normal.
